What To Expect

We want to thank you for considering worshiping with us! We understand that attending a new church for the first time can be intimidating. We’re here to help answer any questions you might have.

Service Times:

We meet at 10:00 am on Sunday mornings.

What to Wear:

You may wear whatever you want. There are some people who wear suits and ties, but some go more business casual (slacks and a button shirt), and still others wear jeans and t-shirts.

What about My Children?

We have a nursery (birth- 4 years old) located down the stairs when you walk in. If you would like, you can drop your child off at our nursery prior to entering the service. However, we know that you may not feel comfortable in doing so, and therefore it’s perfectly okay if you bring your child to worship with you.

Where Do I Park?

We have a parking lot located across the street next to the Rob Roy Academy.

What Happens in a Service?

We strive to be as Christ-Centered in all that we do on Sunday mornings. Our Liturgy (order of worship) is guided by the Word of God. There are five things that you will see in every service: the Bible read (1 Tim. 4:13), the Bible preached (Rom. 10:14,17; 2 Tim. 4:2), the Bible prayed, the Bible sung (Col. 3:16), and the Bible seen through the ordinances.

We are an “expository preaching” church, which means that we walk through the Bible and the point of the text is the point of the sermon. We typically will walk through books of the Bible and occasionally will preach “topical” sermons.

Will I Be Asked to Give?

We do receive an offering during the service. However, this is for our members. If you are a visitor/guest, please do not feel obligated to give.
